Placing my Order
1.) Select an item from our catalog by clicking on it and entering the product page.
2.) Select the number of pieces you want per size (e.g. 10-S, 5-M, 15-L, 20-XL, 0-2XL)
3.) Click on "Customize it". You will be taken to our customizing tool. There, you can upload a file with your own art and/our use clip arts, text or graphics to put your design together.
4.) Select Screen-print (minimum 24 pieces) or DTG (no minimum) according to your needs. Make sure you have considered both sides. We can print only front, only back or print both (if you leave one side blank, we will not print anything on it).
5.) You can save your design (a valid e-mail address is necessary) and use it with a different style or color (we have listed each color as an individual product).
6.) Add your finished customized item to your shopping cart. At this point you can keep adding more items until your order is ready, or you can continue to the check out.
Paying for my Order
1.) Review everything in your cart. Make sure all of the items, number of pieces and prices correspond to the purchase you plan to make (you can still go back to correct anything). Click on 'check out' to finalize your order and proceed to pay.
2.) Fill out all your personal information, including the address (this will be the address to which we are going to send your order).
3.) If your order is for 24 pieces or above, you will be presented with a quoting for the price of shipping which is automatically calculated based on weight and location. Click on 'continue to payment' to proceed.
4.) If your order is for 23 pieces or below, shipping is on us! Instead of the price quoting it will read 'free shipping'. Click on 'continue to payment' to proceed.
5.) Fill out all your payment information and click on 'pay now' to finish, or follow the instruction for PayPal use. Notice that after this step you will not be able to correct any mistake or do any changes on your order.
6.) Make sure you have received an invoice/payment notification via e-mail. It is advised to double check with your own banking service and/or payment apps.
Once my Order is Processed
1.) Once your payment is confirmed, there is a one business day time frame in which we will review the design. Be observant of your e-mail/phone since we could contact you if we need to check any details with you before starting the production.
2.) If your order is for 72 or higher (per customized item) you will receive a sample picture. Approve it in order for us to start the production.
3.) Depending on the size of your order, the time of the production might vary (estimated two business days). Be observant of your e-mail/phone because we will update you as soon as we have finished and have your order ready to be shipped. At this point, you will be provided with a tracking number (when applicable).
Once my Order is on the way
1.) This is probably one of the hardest steps: WAIT until it arrives! How long? It will depend on the post service on your area, but it is normally up to five business days after we ship it. In the meantime feel free to contact us if you have any question.
2.) If we provided you with a tracking number, well, this is the time to use it. Let us know if you need any help to do so.
3.) If we notice something is odd with the shipping we will contact you right the way.
YES! My Order has arrived
1.) YEEEESSSS! We know the excitement of finally receiving such cherished package, and we too share the happiness it will bring you.
2.) We advise you to open it carefully and to inspect your order is complete, in good conditions and that the printing is no other than perfect (of course it will be perfect!).
