Can I print a copyright?
Nope!
What is this black box/square surrounding the print?
That's the heat press, but do not worry! Heat press is part of the printing process to assure the ink will adhere to the blank and will also seal it to make it last. This box/square will fade after the first wash of the garment
What are the washing care instructions?
- Printed garments can be machine washed in warm water no more than 30°C/86°F, inside out so that the print does not rub against the washing machine drum, on a gentle cycle with non-aggressive detergent and similar colors
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
- Do not use fabric softener or dry clean garments
- You should not iron the print, it is recommended not to use dryer, the intense and prolonged heat of the dryer can ruin the print, it is recommended to dry them in the open air

Design your Artwork
Starting with you, our client who provides us with their artwork, made by a design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, please ensure that your design is high-resolution (300dpi) and suitable for direct to garment print (such as fonts are rasterized, sizing is accurate to what you actually want us to print).

Pre-Treatment
The garment is first pre-treated with a specialized solution to ensure optimal ink absorption and adhesion. This step is crucial for achieving vibrant and long-lasting prints, while that is being made our Digital Printing Operator is preparing the file for printing, this involves adjusting the design size, positioning, and color settings as needed to ensure it looks its best on the garment.

Printing
The pre-treated garment is loaded onto the DTG printer's pallet, ensuring is is positioned correctly for printing.The DTG printer is calibrated and set up according to the specifications of the design and garment. This includes adjusting ink levels, print resolution, and other settings for optimal results.
The design is printed directly onto the garment using the DTG printer. The printer applies the ink in multiple passes, layering the colors to achieve the desired effect.

Finishing
After printing, the garment is cured with a heat press to set the ink and ensure it bonds properly with the fabric. Our Quality Control team ensures the print is crisp, vibrant, and free from any defects or imperfections, if that were the case it will be replaced with a new garment.
Once the print passes quality control, any finishing touches, such as removing excess threads or folding the garment, are carried out to prepare it for packaging or shipping. The finished garments are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive in pristine condition. They are then shipped out to the customer or made available for pickup.
