Instructions

Design your Artwork

Starting with you, our client who provides us with their artwork, made by a design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, please ensure that your design is high-resolution and suitable for screen print (such as the Pantone color being separated by layers, fonts are rasterized, sizing is accurate to what you actually want us to print).

Instructions

Prep Screens

If your design has multiple colors, it needs to be separated into individual color layers. Each color will require a separate screen in the printing process, that made clear we coat the screens with a light-sensitive emulsion to be left to dry in a dark environment, after a couple of minutes we expose them into the light so the areas of the emulsion covered by the design block the light, hardening the emulsion. The unexposed areas remain soft and are washed away during the next step.

Instructions

Setup Printing Press

We set up the screen printing press according to the number of colors in your design. Each screen is loaded onto the press, aligned precisely for accurate printing. (Our maximum press capacity is 18)

Instructions

Print Shirts

We mix the ink colors according to the design specifications, ensuring consistency in color throughout the printing process, which in this case we do it on scrap fabric to ensure both color accuracy and screen alignment.

With everything ready, it's time to print your custom t-shirts! Our team removes the existing label before placing each shirt on the printing pallet, aligning it with the screen, and applying the ink though the screen using a squeege, to cure the ink and make it permanent they run through flashes, this prevents the design to fade over time or wash out.

Instructions

Finishing

After the order is ready we sent them to our Quality Control team, who inspect each shirt for any defects or inconsistencies in the print, if there are any they are removed from the batch and replaced with new printed shirts. Once cured, folded and package the shirts according the client's specifications (custom tags or branding if required). Finally we deliver the finished shirts to the client.
