Design your Artwork

Starting with you, our client who provides us with their artwork, made by a design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, please ensure that your design is high-resolution (300dpi) and suitable for embroidery (such as fonts are rasterized, sizing is accurate to what you actually want us to print). Our embroidery team begins by digitizing the design. This involves converting the artwork into a digital format that embroidery machines can interpret. The design is then uploaded to the embroidery machine.

Machine Setup

Picking the thread colors that best match the design and garment. This step ensures that the final embroidered product meets the client's specifications (including thread colors, stitch density, and any special effects like 3D or metallic threads). The garment is secured onto the embroidery hoop, ensuring it is taut and flat to prevent wrinkles or puckering during the embroidery process.

Once testing is complete and any necessary adjustments are made, we begin the mass production run. Garments are hooped and loaded onto the embroidery machine in batches, with the machine running continuously to embroider multiple pieces simultaneously. Throughout the production run, our Quality Control team periodically inspect embroidered samples looking for issues such as thread breaks, misalignment, or color discrepancies, and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent quality.

Finishing

After embroidery is complete, we trim any excess thread tails and inspect the finished product for any defects. Garments may also undergo steaming or pressing to remove wrinkles and give them a polished appearance. Once Quality Control checks are complete, fold or hang the embroidered garments and package them according to the client's specifications. This may include adding custom tags, folding instructions, or packaging in branded boxes or bags.

All left is to ship the completed orders to the client's specified location or arrange for pickup. Ensure that shipments are properly labeled and packaged to prevent damage during transit.
