From Design to Delivery
Build your apparel brand with a seamless print-on-demand solution. Create and publish custom products to your Shopify store while Factory 1 handles production and fulfillment, giving you the freedom to focus on growing your business.
App Installation & Connection
The Merchant installs the Factory 1 POD app from the Shopify App Store.
Owner Access & Onboarding
After installing the app, kindly send us an e-mail at hello@factory1direct.com so we can setup your account and send you and invite link to your project as owner.
Add your Company Information
This will open the dashboard menu. In the column to your left, the last option is the Settings Module. Click it to set up your profile information and upload your store logo.
List your Payment Method
The next step is setting up your payment information. To do so, click on the Billing Module and select the Payment option. Enter your credit card information and click Add Card.
Connecting to Shopify
Verify store connection and set Factory 1 as the fulfillment center.
Select Products & Customize
Click on the Products Module and select the New Product option, where you can customize it, set up your price.
Publish your Product
Go to the backend of your Shopify and select your new product and activate the Online Store option so that your product appears in your online store.
Customer Purchase
Merchant receives an order for a PoD product, this order automatically syncs into Factory 1 POD dashboard.
Order Processing
Merchant is charged the production cost using the saved payment method.
Printing & Fulfilling
Factory 1 fulfills the order (print, finishing and ships directly to customer).
Update Order Status Automatically
Tracking link is sent back to Shopify and the customer receives updates.
Order Complete
Merchant keeps the profit (retail price - production cost).
