The Merchant installs the Factory 1 POD app from the Shopify App Store.

After installing the app, kindly send us an e-mail at hello@factory1direct.com so we can setup your account and send you and invite link to your project as owner.

This will open the dashboard menu. In the column to your left, the last option is the Settings Module. Click it to set up your profile information and upload your store logo. Fill out your company information and click Create.

The next step is setting up your payment information. To do so, click on the Billing Module and select the Payment option. Enter your credit card information and click Add Card. (Card is used only when orders need to be fulfilled)

Verify store connection and set Factory 1 as the fulfillment center.

Click on the Products Module and select the New Product option, where you can customize it by uploading your artwork. Set up your price by size, then click Save.

Go to the backend of your Shopify and select your new product and activate the Online Store option so that your product appears in your online store.

Merchant receives an order for a PoD product, this order automatically syncs into Factory 1 POD dashboard.

Merchant is charged the production cost using the saved payment method.

Factory 1 fulfills the order (print, finishing and ships directly to customer).

Tracking link is sent back to Shopify and the customer receives updates.

Merchant keeps the profit (retail price - production cost).
